I just haven't been online much. Let's see I have just been working, My boyfriend and I are trying to buy a house (we are trying to do a short sale on a house that we currently love in which apparently takes forever) we made an offer of 330k so hopefully we get it.
Other then that everything is pretty much the same in my life.

yeah like Fred said im in Cali in the bay area no less...Although this house is not a shithole it's really nice 4 beds 2.5 bath 2041 sq ft. taking in to account where I live it's a great deal.

They said our market is stuck in 1995's price tag. I kind of wish i knew when we get out of this economy depression,buy those house when we do and sell them for DOUBLE the price tag of what i pay for them.
